JOB PROFILE Collect, analyze and document functional and business requirements from customers and share with the technical crew. Understanding the business process management, business customer needs and translate them into specific software requirements. Act as an interface between technology teams, business units and support teams. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. Analyze customer needs and building workflow capabilities by studying the specifications of the system. Possess the ability to work with several projects simultaneously. Document IT business requirements and design the structure. Searching online to prepare business proposals and analyzing the customer needs. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent related field or experience. 4-8 years of Experience as business analyst in the IT field. Excellent communication and writing skills are must. Must have knowledge to manage large complex projects based on web applications and web services.

Desired Profile 5-10 years of experience. Good understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery. Good Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap. Good understanding of CMS and web technologies. Knowledge of Opensource systems like Joomla, Wordpress and Magento. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Keen to learn new technologies.
