How to Grow Gel Balls for Optimal Performance

For the best shooting performance, follow these steps before use:

1. Soak for 3–4 Hours

Place the gel balls in a bucket or large container and soak them in clean water for 3–4 hours.

2. Use Plenty of Water

For best results, use approximately ½ teaspoon of dry gel balls per 8 oz (240 ml) of water. Using more water is always better, as it allows the gel balls to expand fully.

3. Let Them Fully Expand

Make sure there’s enough water for the gel balls to reach their full size. Undergrown gel balls can cause feeding issues and reduce your gel blaster’s performance.

4. Drain Excess Water

After soaking, drain all remaining water before loading the gel balls. This helps prevent unnecessary moisture from entering the magazine or gel blaster.

5. Load the Magazine

Fill the magazine with the fully hydrated gel balls. Avoid overfilling, and make sure the magazine is properly seated before use.
