Record a continuous unboxing video showing shipping box seal before opening.

We arrange free reverse courier pickup for verified damaged items.

Receive brand new replacement or 100% full refund in 5-7 business days.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
Due to the high-value & fragile nature of collectible action figures and statues, a continuous 360-degree unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all damage or missing component claims.
Video Requirements:
- The video must show the sealed shipping box & label clearly before opening.
- Video must be recorded continuously without cuts, pauses, or camera edits.
- The damage or missing accessory must be clearly shown in the video.
2. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.
- Item must be in original condition, unused, with all figure blister trays and box seals intact.
- Item must not be painted, modified, or assembled by the customer.
3. Pre-Order & Special Order Cancellations
Pre-orders are reserved directly with official manufacturers (Takara Tomy, SHF, Popmart, Blokees, etc.).
- Pre-order deposit amounts are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
- Release dates provided by manufacturers are estimates; shipping delays do not qualify for deposit refunds.
- If a pre-order is officially cancelled by the manufacturer, Sourceme.in will issue a 100% full refund immediately.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your return is inspected and approved at our warehouse:
- Online Payments (Card / UPI / NetBanking): Refunded to original source within 5-7 business days.
- Store Credit (Instant): Instant store credit code valid for 1 year on any future figure purchase.
